Agriculture Tourism

British Columbia's opportunities in agritourism have not yet been fully realized. The Province of British Columbia is working with the tourism industry and various agricultural sectors to develop strategic direction to guide the future development and management of agritourism and to guide farm enterprises in capturing emerging opportunities. Agritourism provides visitors opportunities to experience a broad spectrum of agriculturally based products and services - from fruit and vegetable stand shopping to winery, orchard and alpaca tours; farm-based bed and breakfast accommodation to harvest festivals and tourism cattle drives.
