Reporting Unauthorized Use of Crown Land

A form is available to report someone who is using Crown land without authorization, or is misusing Crown land, causing damage, or contravening their permit, licence or lease relating to Crown land.

By reporting unauthorized use, you are helping protect British Columbia’s natural environment and ensuring that tourism operators are acting responsibly, for the benefit of their customers, British Columbia’s economy and their own businesses.

The information you provide using this complaint form [25kb] is subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It will be kept confidential to the maximum extent possible.

It should be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, which will review the complaint.
