Strategy Overview

The British Columbia Resort Strategy and Action Plan (the "Resort Strategy") was completed in November 2004 in response to the recommendations of British Columbia's 15-member Resort Task Force Advisory Group. British Columbia's resorts and resort communities are key components of the province's tourism sector. This strategy will enhance British Columbia's competitive edge in resort development and lead to the creation and expansion of all seasons resorts in this province.
