The branch has prepared a community guide to meet the needs of non-technical users of heritage legislation in communities through British Columbia. This document is titled Heritage Conservation: A Community Guide.
In addition, the British Columbia government, along with many other Canadian jurisdictions, has adopted the standards and guidelines of the Historic Places Initiative’s Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada.
