Heritage Planning Guidelines
Community heritage officers are available to help
local governments get started with heritage planning
and are available to provide information and
support. The officers are specialists who often go
to communities to make presentations on the benefits
of heritage planning, how to do it and other related
issues.
The Heritage Branch has prepared a community
guide to meet the needs of non-technical users of
heritage legislation in communities through B.C.
This document is titled
Heritage Conservation: A Community Guide.
For information on how to get in touch with a
community heritage officer, see the
office
locations and contacts page. |
