Information Bulletin Number 9 - January 12, 2004
Client Certification
Effective immediately, applications for heritage inspection and heritage
investigation permits pursuant to section 14 of the
Heritage Conservation Act must have the Client’s Certification section of the application
completed by a representative of each client identified in the application.
Applications that provide for the addition of unspecified clients must
state that each added client will submit a letter to the Archaeology
Branch certifying that they have read and concur with the content of
the application, prior to the commencement of services to that client.
This measure is intended to ensure that clients are aware of and are
in agreement with the work proposed in the application. A revised
permit
application form
[167kb] is available on the Archaeology Branch website. |
