Site Alteration Permit Reports

Effective immediately, site alteration permit holders are to submit one (1) bound copy, if longer than five pages, and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format of a written report outlining the work carried out under the terms of the permit. This measure is intended to provide researchers with better access to these reports as the branch moves to establish a centralized website. Unbound reports are currently kept in permit files that are not accessible to researchers.
